| What is i2s? |
The i2s program is an initiative by Allianz Group; it is an acronym for ideas to success. The aim of i2s is to improve Allianz services towards its customers by generating, recognizing and implementing added value ideas from all employees & customers. It is intended to assist the Group establish an innovative and ground-breaking culture. It is a valuable activity to ensure our future competitiveness and business success.
Allianz employees & customers at all levels, in all lines of business can make Innovation happen. These ideas which are part of i2s could be, for both employees and customers, a day to day activity to provide top-class solutions and to offer the best value for money to our customers.

In May 2008, Allianz Saudi Fransi launched in Saudi Arabia a successful i2s kick-off campaign. This was our first small step in the direction of creating an innovative culture.
