I had an accident, how can I submit a claim?

If you are a third Party you can submit your claim via Najm website, Also, you can send your documents to the below emails:

I received a message saying my claim is missing some documents. How can I submit those?

Will my car be repaired during this period? If yes, how?

Unfortunately, most of the agencies and workshops are closed in the main cities due to the curfew. In the other cities, once you submit your claim, you will receive a transfer letter to estimate the damages. After we receive the repair estimation, your claim will be processed normally.

Are your branches open? What are your working hours?

Due to COVID19 outbreak and to ensure your safety all our branches are closed at the moment. We will continue to serve you through our digital channels and call center from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

In accordance with a royal order from His Majesty King Salman, all citizens and residents in the kingdom - including those in violation of residency laws- will receive Coronavirus related medical care free of charge.

How can I book an appointment with my doctor?

You may call the medical service provider you wish to visit and follow their details. For contact information of your preferred provider please refer to the MyNEXtCARE Mobile App.

How do I renew my Insurance Policy?

One of our agents will be contacting you for your renewals. In case you missed our call, please contact our Call Center 800 301 0001 and they will coordinate with one of our agents to take care of your renewal from A to Z.

How do I cancel my Insurance Policy?

Is it possible to purchase an Insurance Policy now?

Yes, you can buy a motor insurance policy, If you are looking to purchase a Third Party Liability only, please go the Purchase motor now section in our website. If you would like to purchase comprehensive covers, we recommend you leave us a request or call our Call Center 800 301 0001 and they will organize one of our agents to take care of your policy from A to Z

I would like to make my monthly contribution payment and inquire about my Protection & Saving policies.
